"It was so outrageous!" The star of the TV series "To Catch a Kaidash" pointed out the strange situations that happened to the film during its broadcast on TV

The series is so beloved by viewers that it is called folk.

Popular actor Roman Yasinovskyi ("Dovbush," "Cyborgs") said that there was a time when the author of the film "To Catch Kaidash," Natalka Vorozhbyt, was thinking about continuing the series, which is so beloved by the audience that it is called a folk show. The actor played Artem, the groom of Kaidash's eldest daughter-in-law Motria, in the TV movie.

In an interview with OBOZ.UA, Roman Yasinovskyi admitted that he would really like the series to be continued. He also said that he was outraged when the movie started to be broadcast on TV.

The actor admitted that he was unpleasantly surprised by some moments: "Recalling this beautiful picture, I want to admit that I was very offended that it was broadcast on television in two episodes at once and at a very late time. At the same time, there was a TV series with Russian actors, which was broadcast one episode at a time and at the best possible time. I was so outraged by this! But it's worth saying that people still watched 'Kaidashi', it had great ratings."

It is known that the author of this production is Natalka Vorozhbyt, and the actors have repeatedly stated publicly that there are no new seasons of the film planned. However, Roman Yasinovskyi says that there was a chance that the second season premiere could have taken place: "As far as I know, at some point in her life Natalka was ready to write a sequel. But, unfortunately, it didn't happen."

"I would really like the movie to have a sequel. It seems to me that I have a very good role in it – everything is developing. You can still talk and talk about the hero. If you look at the Kaidash, everything seems to be clear in their story – almost dots. I have big dashes or commas," adds Yasinovskyi.

"I am extremely grateful to Natalka Vorozhbyt, who believed in me and allowed me to try," says Roman Yasinovskyi. The project itself is exclusively about love. There's an interesting story about how I got acquainted with the script. I was going to Odesa to perform a play that night. And I was sent the texts for the audition and 12 episodes of the movie. I thought: "I'll read one episode and go to bed." And what do you think? I read everything! And as soon as I arrived in Odesa, I immediately wrote to the agent that I wanted to get into this series. Nataliia's writing is simply amazing – she's one hundred percent in her place."
