The 66-year-old singer Madonna publicly criticized the words of the 47th President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, who called himself "the king" on his own social network Truth Social. The singer shared her thoughts on her personal page on X. The star added that even if this statement was a joke, she was not amused at all.

"I thought this country was built by Europeans, escaping living under the rule of a King, to establish a New World governed by the people. Currently we have a president who calls himself our king. If this is a joke, I'm not laughing," the celebrity wrote.
