On April 5, UNITED24, a global initiative in support of Ukraine, celebrates its one-year anniversary with a number of ambassadors and friends of the platform arriving in the capital of Ukraine. Among them are Hollywood stars of Ukrainian descent Katheryn Winnick and Ivanna Sakhno.

The actresses were spotted on Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv, where they were able to see the destroyed trophy equipment of the Russian occupiers. The photo was posted on the UNITED24 Telegram channel (scroll to the bottom of the page to see the photo).

Katheryn Winnick is a famous Canadian actress and producer who became famous for her role as Lagertha in the TV series Vikings. The star's parents emigrated to Canada before she was born, but until the age of eight, Katheryn spoke only Ukrainian. It is known that her ancestors fled from the Soviet regime. Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, the 45-year-old celebrity has been supporting her compatriots.

Vynnyk became a UNITED24 ambassador in March this year, and today, April 5, she arrived in Kyiv for the first time since the full-scale war. By the way, for her anti-war stance, the actress was put on the "black list" Russia, which prohibits her from visiting the terrorist country, which Katheryn laughed at.

Her colleague was accompanied by Ivanna Sakhno, the star of the TV series Star Wars: Ahsoka. The capital was also visited by And Us creative director Jamie Kennaway, who created projects for the platform, manager of the famous American band Imagine Dragons Mac Reynolds, and Ty Arnold, the band's director of photography.

Other world stars will also come to Ukraine for the first birthday of UNITED24. Their names have not yet been disclosed.
