"He’s got enough problems with his wife": Trump says he does not plan to deport Prince Harry

United States President Donald Trump said he would not deport British Prince Harry from the country. The American leader promised to "leave the Duke of Sussex alone."

It was The New York Post that asked the question about the fate of the British prince. In response, Trump revealed that he does not want to create unnecessary problems for the Duke.

"I don't want to do that. I'll leave him alone. He’s got enough problems with his wife. She’s terrible," he said.

Moreover, the head of the White House noted that Prince Harry's brother Prince William is a "great young man." The American leader met Prince William in Paris last December during the opening ceremony of Notre Dame Cathedral.

While Prince William has never spoken negatively about American politicians in public, the Duke of Sussex has done so repeatedly. The fact is that his American wife, Meghan Markle, is a supporter of the Democrats. Last year, she even called Trump "divisive" and a "misogynist" on an American broadcaster.

Interestingly, Trump responded not to her, but to Prince Harry. He noted that he was "whipped" by her.

In November last year, it became known that Prince Harry's immigration status was the subject of a lawsuit in Washington. The US Migration Service suggests that the Duke may have deliberately concealed the fact that he had episodes of illegal drug use in the past. According to American migration laws, concealment of such information automatically deprives an applicant of the right to obtain a US visa.
