Foreign stars will perform in Ukraine in 2024: Thomas Anders and Modern Talking announced concerts

Following Ukrainian stars, foreign celebrities will organize their big commercial concerts in 2024. German singer and member of the Modern Talking band Thomas Anders is preparing to come to Kyiv as early as March. He supported Ukraine but called for peace between the Ukrainian and Russian peoples.

An announcement of the performance at the Palace Ukraina has appeared on the website. It could be a powerful sign to other world-famous artists that it is possible to come to Ukraine with concerts (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).

It is reported that Thomas Anders' show will take place on March 3, 2024.

"The legend of world pop music, founder and soloist of the Modern Talking unrivaled Thomas Anders is coming to Kyiv! Big festive concert for the International Women's Day! According to Thomas, the festive concert program promises to be one of the best he has ever created", the announcement says.

The artist will perform live his old hits and tracks written recently. The concert will be accompanied by "a unique video sequence and a large-scale light show". Tickets will cost from 690 UAH.

Thomas Anders once won the love of the whole world with light dance compositions. He is the author of You're My Heart, You're My Soul, Cheri Cheri Lady, Do You Wanna and Brother Louie.

On February 26, 2022, the artist published an excerpt of his concert in Ukraine, where a translator in Ukrainian proclaimed his call for peace and protection of children.

On March 3, a video of him against the backdrop of a blue and yellow flag calling for help for the injured children appeared. Putinists were fast to accuse the star of "supporting fascism." A few hours later, Thomas Anders posted two flags of warring countries with a dove of peace between them. However, he canceled his concerts in Russia, so the star's position can be called pro-Ukrainian.
