Euphoria star dies at 25: before losing his father
American actor Angus Cloud, best known for his role as Fesco in the TV series "Euphoria", died at the age of 25. The cause of death has not been disclosed.
According to TMZ, doctors were called by the actor's mother the day before at 11:30. She allegedly said her son "may have overdosed" (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).
Law enforcers have already launched an investigation, and online fans of the star suspect that he committed suicide because of the loss of his father. About the family grief, Cloud's mother told reporters.
"It was with the heaviest of hearts that we had to say goodbye to an incredible man today. As an artist, friend, brother and son, Angus was special to all of us. He buried his father last week and has struggled with this loss. The only consolation is that Angus is now reunited with his father, who was his best friend. Angus has spoken openly about his mental health struggles and we hope his death can be a reminder to others that they are not alone and don't have to struggle through this on their own," the actor's family said in a statement.
An insider close to the star's family said the actor had been struggling with suicidal thoughts after returning from Ireland, where his father was buried. When his mother found her son, he no longer had a pulse. Doctors pronounced him dead.
Angus Cloud was only at the beginning of his career in movies. He starred in several little-known projects, and gained fame thanks to an important role in the popular series Euphoria.
