Efrosinina emotionally criticized international organizations and opinion leaders for keeping quiet about the disaster at the Kakhovka hydroelectric plant

Masha Efrosinina criticized international organizations for keeping quiet about the tragedy at the Kakhovka HPP

Famous Ukrainian TV host Masha Efrosinina emotionally appealed to international organizations and opinion leaders who position themselves as eco-activists after the bombing of the Kakhovka HPP. The large-scale environmental disaster seemed destined to spur serious action on the part of the world's "environmentalists". Instead, as the TV star pointed out, Ukrainians were faced with either a completely indifferent silence or an imagined "concer"n.

Emotional post Efrosinina posted on her personal page on Instagram. In it, she called the tragedy in the Kherson region a second Chernobyl and spoke about the horrors that are happening in the region for the third day.

"Before the eyes of the entire planet, half a thousand square kilometers of our beautiful land is going under water, taking away all life. Yesterday my acquaintance showed me a video of her aunt who, sitting on the roof of her house in Kherson region, filmed the moment when a mother with infant twins suffocated and drowned with them in her arms, not holding onto a pipe on her roof... Many disastrous images are roaming the Internet these days... Even more images of Ukrainians rushing to help from all over the country: how they rescue people, animals, bring what they need", - shared the presenter.

And while the citizens of Ukraine unite to confront the great grief together, the world remains stubbornly silent. Efrosinina is not ready to put up with this passive position of those who allegedly fight against environmental disasters. The anchorwoman shamed them by name. The UN, the Red Cross, Greta Tunberg, Elon Musk, and the EU were on her list of "concerned" people.

"The UN is apparently still celebrating Russian language day because there is no action. The shameful behavior of this organization crosses out everything their Ukrainian representative foundation did for Ukraine during the war. The Red Cross is handing out money to the residents of Shchebekino because they are apparently more important than the people and animals drowning under water in Kakhovka. Greta Thunberg is apparently flying somewhere in her private jet for another demonstration against plastic pollution on the planet. Ilon Musk writes of "it's not all that clear-cut." The EU honestly admits that Europe doesn't really want to accept new immigrants, because the previous ones were tiring. All international organizations sat down and only gave us their "concern about the tragedy," Efrosinina wrote honestly.

In addition, the host stressed that Meta continues to "take down" truthful posts about Ukraine. Photos of flooded settlements are considered "unacceptable" for the social network, so they are deleted, and our country is pushed into the so-called "shadow ban". Thus, the truth practically does not reach the world community - it is hidden.

Earlier OBOZREVATEL wrote that Kateryna Osadchaya also criticized the International Committee of the Red Cross for inaction and asked the organization to help evacuate Ukrainians who found themselves in the flood zone after the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant blew up. The anchorwoman recalled that the agency is neutral and has access to both sides of the "conflict".
