Basic Instinct star Sharon Stone recreated the iconic scene with crossed legs

American actress Sharon Stone recreated the famous police interrogation scene from the movie Basic Instinct. The star repeated the pose with her legs crossed 32 years after the release of the cult movie.

The artist shared the updated photo on her Instagram. The 66-year-old American chose a much more revealing image than the original shot that went down in history.

To recreate the popular scene, Sharon Stone wore a lace lingerie set in pink and white. The actress complemented the look with navy blue heels with straps and a voluminous pearl necklace. A massive armchair with golden legs covered with fur fabric became a spectacular accent of the location for the photo.

In the original scene of Basic Instinct, Sharon Stone wore a short white dress and a cashmere cape. Her character Kathryn Tremell was being interrogated for the murder of rock star Johnny Boz. The woman felt confident and calm, so she talked to the police cross-legged.

The actress was fascinated by her white look, so she decided to take it off the set: "I signed a contract that I could keep the clothes. People thought I was crazy, but the truth is that I was paid less than my male colleagues. I earned $500,000, and Michael earned $14 million, so it was very reasonable to keep my suits."
