Russian singer Alla Pugacheva, who openly opposes the war in Ukraine, flew to Russia to say goodbye to her close friend Valentin Yudashkin. The diva was spotted at the funeral at Troekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow. During the ceremony, the star met with Russian Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov, who in February 2022 insisted on "cleansing" our country of Nazis.
The videos were spread by propaganda media. Peskov not only shook but also kissed the performer's hand. He also said he was very happy to see the star. Pugacheva attended the funeral alone, as Galkin and his children flew to France for concerts (to see the photo, scroll to the end of the page).
The artist wore a black long dress, coat, and boots, complementing her look with white pearls. She hid her face behind black glasses and a hat. The farewell ceremony was attended by many pro-Putin artists: Taisiya Povaliy, Oleg Gazmanov, Stas Mikhailov, Nadezhda Babkina.
Recall that Dmitry Peskov does not believe that the Russian Federation has attacked Ukraine. He says that the events that are taking place cannot be called a war, as the government is helping the people of Donbass. "Ideally, Ukraine should be liberated, cleansed of Nazis, pro-Nazi people and ideologies," the spokesman also said at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
As a reminder, fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin died on May 2, 2023. He had been battling kidney cancer since 2016, which metastasised to the brain. After the news of her friend's death, the singer flew home on a private flight.
Earlier, OBOZREVATEL wrote that Kremlin propagandist Vladimir Solovyov was furious when he learned that Alla Pugacheva was in Moscow. He did not mince words and called the celebrity "scum". To find out more, read our material.
