On February 23, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a press conference during the forum "Ukraine. Year 2025" forum, where he spoke to domestic and foreign journalists. The event was attended by American correspondent Caitlin Doornbos, who supported our country with a symbolic detail of her image, namely a manicure with the colors of the Ukrainian flag.
During the press conference, the journalist asked a question to the statesman, and the patriotic design was caught on camera. She painted her nails with blue lacquer, and chose a yellow shade for her ring finger.
Caitlyn Doornbos's symbolic manicure went well with her look. For her appearance at the official event, the correspondent opted for a navy blue plaid dress. She let her blond hair down, and used bright red lipstick as an accent detail of her makeup.
Caitlin Doornbos works as a correspondent for one of the largest American newspapers, The New York Post. She is currently covering events in Ukraine, for which she received the prestigious Marie Colvin Award from the New York Journalists Club.
Doornbos previously reported from the Pentagon and worked as a breaking news and crime correspondent. The journalist was also part of the team of the Orlando Sentinel, the main newspaper in Orlando, which was among the finalists for the Pulitzer Prize in 2017.
