The renowned Ukrainian director and music video maker Alan Badoiev, whose videos are breaking records on YouTube, shared his preferences among the young showbiz artists in Ukraine. He noted that there are many young talents today.

Badoiev discussed this in an interview with blogger Bohdan Bespalov in collaboration with OBOZ.UA. The director emphasized that he is "impressed" with young stars and believes that they represent the future.

The music video director singled out the 18-year-old singer YAKTAK as one of the brightest. "First of all, I like his songs, and secondly, there is something authentic about him," explained Alan Badoiev. He also added that he enjoyed some of the tracks by KOLA.

 "I love Barmalii," the artist said of the Kyiv-based saxophonist, "He's just a virtuoso, and what a charmer. It's a cool role."

Among others, Alan Badoiev highlighted the band Tsyferblat, which once participated in the X Factor. He also mentioned the singer Love, Mary, who has already collaborated with his professional colleague, the famous director Indy Hait, known for shooting music videos for Tina Karol, Nadiia Dorofieieva, and other representatives of Ukrainian showbiz.

"There's a long list of those I like now, and I'm very optimistic about it because this is our future," the music video maker summed up.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported why Alan Badoiev did not go to the frontline: "I won't be able to treat myself normally."
