During the dress rehearsal for the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 in Malmö, Sweden, rapper alyona alyona fell on stage. However, the star did not lose her cool, managed to get up and start her performance without any delays, and after the performance, she said that every Ukrainian woman would do the same.

Eurofans even saw the incident as symbolic, as this is exactly what the number of the Ukrainian contestants represents - the fight against difficulties. In a commentary to Anna Tulieva, alyona alyona assured that she was feeling fine and explained the reason for the fall to fans and critics.

"After rehearsals, my chainmail became longer than it was because it stretches. I didn't expect to step on it. One broken nail, a scratched knee, and a slightly torn costume doesn't mean anything. I got up and went to rap. Any Ukrainian woman would have done that. I'll get up and go rap even better, because I already have experience of falling and getting up," the star said.

The performer's fall was captured on some viewers' cameras, but not on the official recording.

"Falling is always stressful and a crazy release of cortisol! Singing right away is so fucking hard! Alyona is a rock," showgirl Monroe supported the star.
