While the eldest son of King Charles III, Prince William, is in close communication and cooperation with his father, the youngest child in exile, Prince Harry, has not been able to contact him. And so, if he met and said: "Okay, all is forgiven, Harry," then it could destroy the balance or the dynamic with the other members of the family. I'm sure the king is very careful about those who attack the family. To then just hug him, even if he loves him, would upset everyone else," the expert said.

As a reminder, Prince Harry came to the UK to hold a thanksgiving service on the occasion of his favorite Invictus Games at a time when Charles III himself was supposed to be in the capital. Even then, it was clear that there would be no meeting with family members, as His Majesty allegedly had a busy schedule.

"There was definitely no disrespectful attitude here. Harry knew he was coming here. It was a big event. The King had a big event. The King wears two hats, one of them is the crown. In the end, he has to fulfill his duty first," said Jobson.

In his memoir The Spare, Prince Harry recalled urging his father not to marry Camilla, and then wishing the monarch well and saying that there were no hard feelings. Later, in 2023, in an interview with 60 Minutes, he said that he considered Camilla "dangerous" and "villainous" because of the need to restore his image after the scandalous divorce of Charles III and Princess Diana, the mother of Prince Harry and William.
