A star of the "Slavic Bazaar" and an ambassador of the Association of Depression: the representatives of Moldova, Denmark and Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 have been announced

The countries participating in the Eurovision Song Contest 2024 continue to announce their representatives at the contest. Singers from Moldova, Denmark, and Lithuania were among the last vocalists to win the National Selection.

According to bookmakers, the Lithuanian singer has the best chance of a good result in Malmö, Sweden, among the listed countries. OBOZ.UA decided to tell more about this year's Eurovision participants.

Moldova is preparing to send Natalia Barbu, the winner of the international festivals Mamaia, Slavic Bazaar, New Wave and Maluri de Prut. She already participated in the competition in 2007 and won 10th place.

The singer will represent the country with the song "In The Middle," but there are not many bets on it. Currently, the Slavic Bazaar star is ranked 34th, almost the last.

This year, Denmark has chosen Anna Saba, an Ethiopian singer who also performs in musical theater and works as a model. She will represent the country in the song contest with her track "Sand".

This is a real debut for the artist, as she was not previously known for her musical achievements. Her twin sister Andrea was involved in music all her life until Saba replaced her pregnant relative at the premiere of the musical on February 23, 2023.

The Danish National Selection star has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and is an ambassador for the Danish Depression Association.

After the song was announced, the Lithuanian singer became one of the bookmakers' favorites, rising to number 10. Sylvester Belt has prepared a stylish, bright and atmospheric performance with the song "Luktelk".

The artist has been playing music since he was four years old, and in his desire to develop, he reached the University of Westminster in London.
