On the night of January 17, a half-naked man with an axe broke into the Phuket administration and started a riot. As it turned out, the attacker was a 24-year-old citizen of the terrorist country of Russia.
The crazy Russian, wearing only shorts, smashed the glass door of the governor's office on the fourth floor. The details were shared by KhaoSod.
The first person to notice the inappropriate man was a security guard at about 2:45 a.m. local time. He heard the phone ringing, went to check and turned off the sound, but saw a foreigner hiding near the elevator on the ground floor. The security officer tried to detain the intruder, but he fled up the stairs to the upper floors.

The police were called to the scene. At that moment, the Russian had already broken the glass door of the governor's office. Law enforcement officers found long traces of blood on the floor in front of the office. Under the assistant governor's desk was a fire axe, also covered in blood.
