The British media have learned the real reason why Princess Kate Middleton of Wales spoke about her fight against cancer. For more than a month, the dukes hid her diagnosis from curious subjects, but the information still leaked out.

It is alleged that the time of the video's publication - March 22 - was chosen immediately after Kensington Palace received information about Kate's diagnosis from third parties, not from the hospital.

At the moment, they do not know where the information leak came from - from the clinic in London, where the princess had abdominal surgery in January or from somewhere else.
