Jolie agreed to mediate to settle a lawsuit in which Brad accused her of selling her part of the business out of "revenge".
"They've spent so much money on these court battles, including the custody battle, and Angie could have ended up going broke, so it would have been wise to cut her losses. This is a huge win for Brad," said an anonymous insider.
