"9th Company" star Smolyaninov refused to repent for his words about the war in Ukraine: actor Ogurtsov threatened to shoot him

Actor Ogurtsov stated that he demanded repentance from Smolyaninov

Popular Russian actor Arthur Smolyaninov, known to viewers from the movie "9th Company" and the TV series "Samara," is under the threat of his disgraced colleague Alexey Ogurtsov. The actor and former KGB officer has threatened the conscientious artist, stating he will "work on him like a sniper."

The Putin supporter's logic is straightforward: Smolyaninov must either repent for his words in support of Ukrainians, or he will be shot. Ogurtsov also expressed his desire to see a weapon pointed at Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, as he disclosed to propagandists.

It was revealed that in August, when Artur Smolyaninov publicly declared his readiness to fight only on the side of Ukraine, his erratic colleague recorded a video message demanding that he recant his words, a demand to which Smolyaninov refused.

"Alright, then. I, as a sniper, will work on him to the fullest," threatened the Russian "patriot" in response.

An enraged Ogurtsov also decided to boast about his brief acquaintance with the president of Ukraine. He pretended that he had persuaded the then-showman "not to go into politics" until 2019, but that his "expert opinion" was not needed by the Ukrainian leader.

Now the Russian wants the politician to "take a drink of moonshine and shoot himself in the temple, as is customary in Russia."

By the way, for some reason, the occupying army has not yet added a "military officer, KGB officer, and master of hand-to-hand combat," as he is described by Russian sources. Instead, a 54-year-old "patriot" in a tricolor hoodie walks around giving interviews, threatening to kill all his enemies, and starring in mediocre TV shows.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA wrote that last spring Smolyaninov supported Ukraine and condemned the full-scale war unleashed by Russia. According to the artist, as a child, he often visited Kyiv, where his grandparents lived, and in the summer, he vacationed in Zakarpattia, where he learned Ukrainian.

He also called the war in Ukraine a massacre and terror. According to him, Russian President Vladimir Putin is the main victim of Kremlin propaganda. Read more in our article.
