Netanyahu responds to Macron's accusations of genocide against Gazans

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu responded to French President Emmanuel Macron's accusations of genocide against the residents of the Gaza Strip. The Prime Minister called for not shifting the responsibility for Hamas' terrorist actions to the Israel Defense Forces.

Netanyahu also emphasized that any ceasefire is out of the question. This is stated on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The head of the Israeli government said that responsibility for any harm to civilians lies with ISIS and Hamas. He also added that Israel does not harm civilians in the Gaza Strip.

At the same time, at the headquarters of the IDF Central Command, Netanyahu reiterated that the Israeli army's ground operations in the Gaza Strip are progressing and achieving good results.

"I would like to dismiss all the false rumors we hear from various individuals. Let me make one thing clear: there will be no ceasefire without the release of our hostages," Netanyahu said.

As you know, French President Emmanuel Macron called the events taking place in the Gaza Strip a genocide of the civilian population. According to him, Israel needs to wind down the operation, which is killing not only terrorists but also women, children and the elderly. Macron also noted that he hopes that the leaders of the United States, Great Britain, and Germany will join him in his words to Israel. He is convinced that ending the operation in Gaza will benefit Israel itself.

As a reminder, China's military and political leadership is trying to use the war between Israel and Palestinian terrorists Hamas to increase its influence in the Middle East. In particular, the Chinese Navy has increased its presence in the region.

Earlier, it was reported that Prince Mohammed bin Salman al-Saud of Saudi Arabia commented on Israel's war against Hamas terrorists, which broke out more than a month ago after a terrorist attack on Israeli territory,  for the first time. He condemned the actions of the Israeli Defense Forces in the Gaza Strip and called the IDF the occupiers.
