Ukrainian air defense forces destroy three missiles and two Russian attack drones: details
On Friday, October 27, the Air Defense Forces of Ukraine destroyed three X-59 missiles and two Lancet attack UAVs. It was done in Mykolaiv and Kherson regions.
This information was released by the South Air Command. "In the south of Ukraine, 3 x-59 guided missiles and 2 Lancet attack drones were destroyed," the statement said.
In particular, on October 27, as a result of air defense operations, the following were destroyed:
- in Mykolaiv region - 3 X-59 guided missiles;
- in Kherson region - 2 Lancet attack drones.
It is worth noting that on the night of October 26-27, the aggressor country Russia attacked the southern regions of Ukraine with attack drones: air defense forces shot down five of the six Shahed kamikaze drones. One of the enemy UAVs landed in Mykolaiv region.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, during an enemy attack on the night of October 25, Ukrainian air defenders destroyed all 11 Shaheds. The air defense forces shot down the drones over Kherson, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytsky regions.
