Ukraine is rapidly increasing the production of ammunition and other weapons. At the same time, the needs of the Defense Forces at the front are so great that the domestic industry simply does not have time to meet them, so our army still needs help from international allies.

Minister of Strategic Industries Oleksandr Kamyshin spoke about this during the UA Razom TV marathon. He noted that it is the intensity of hostilities that dictates the demand for weapons, and today it is extremely high in Ukraine.

"We are multiplying the production of ammunition at domestic factories, but the level of consumption at the front is such that no country in the world, even if all the countries of the free world are united, will have enough production capacity to reach our consumption level," the official emphasized.

Kamyshin added that the current situation in the Middle East demonstrates the need to build up the defense industry in all countries of the world. At the same time, Kyiv is discussing with NATO partners the integration of its military production into the Alliance's capabilities.

"If we are on the way to NATO, our defense industry must integrate too," he explained to the audience.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Kamyshin announced the production of tens of thousands of drones per month by the Ukrainian industry to counter the hostile Russian army. Domestic drones will be produced on this scale by the end of this year.
