The occupants hit a critical infrastructure facility in Kherson
Russian occupation forces continued to shell the Kherson region. Thus, over the past day, the enemy carried out 62 attacks, firing 318 shells from mortars, artillery, Grad, tanks, drones and aircraft.
The enemy fired 41 shells at the city of Kherson. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
The Russian military attacked residential areas of the region's settlements. The occupants also hit a building of a critical infrastructure facility in Kherson.
One person was wounded as a result of Russian aggression.

Earlier, it was reported that the day before, Russian troops launched 64 strikes on the Ukrainian-controlled part of the Zaporizhzhia region. The invaders shelled civilian settlements with artillery and attacked with drones.
At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continued their assault operations south of Bakhmut and held a bridgehead on the left bank of the Kherson region. The soldiers were also holding the defense of Avdiivka, where the enemy launched 35 attacks the day before, all of which were repelled.
Earlier, British intelligence explained why the occupiers attacked Snake Island. By attacking the island, which has become a symbol of Ukrainian resistance, Russia is trying to demonstrate that it can project power across the Black Sea.
