On Monday, May 1, Russian terrorist forces shelled Novhorod-Siverskyi in the Chernihiv region. The shelling hit an educational institution, killing a child.
The Head of the Chernihiv Regional State Administration, Vyacheslav Chaus, reported this on Telegram. He noted that the institution was closed, and the child was nearby.
