On Friday evening, September 22, Russian terrorists struck again in Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast. There was a hit to a civilian infrastructure facility, as well as preliminary reports of dead and wounded civilians.
This was reported on Telegram by the head of the Poltava Regional Military District, Dmytro Lunin. According to him, one missile was shot down by air defense forces.
