Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones and air-to-ground missiles: all combat UAVs have been shot down
Another air attack by Russia using Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones was successfully repelled by Ukrainian air defense forces on the night of November 24. The defenders shot down all three UAVs in the sky over different regions.
Simultaneously, the enemy also employed airstrikes, as reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to the military, the invaders launched three Shaheds and two X-59 guided missiles at Ukraine during the night.
The Air Force added that the Russian kamikaze drones were approaching Ukraine from the southeast.
"All three were destroyed by the Air Defence Forces. Together - to victory!" the statement said.
In particular, the defenders shot down one enemy drone in the sky over the Mykolaiv region last night, as reported by the UIA.
It is also known that during the air alert, air defense forces were in operation in the Khmelnytsky district. No information on casualties, property damage, or fires resulting from the wreckage of the attack UAVs was reported to local services.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, on the night of November 22, air defense forces shot down all 14 Shahed drones. The occupiers also launched an X-22 cruise missile, but it did not reach its target, falling in the open in the Zaporizhzhia region.
