Rosneft CEO's motorcade wrecked in Moscow and flees the scene. Video

In the center of Moscow, a motorcade with flashing lights ran a red light, caused an accident and fled the scene. One of the cars in the motorcade with special signals and elite EKH license plates, as it turned out, was assigned to Igor Sechin.
This was reported by Russian media. A Mercedes with elite license plates and two police cars were traveling along a street in the city center, and at an intersection, the police car crashed into a jeep. After the accident, Sechin's motorcade continued to move on. As noted, the cars had flashing lights on, but no sound signals. Thus, the principle of priority was violated.
Earlier, the media reported that this Mercedes was assigned to the head of Rosneft, Igor Sechin. For example, in 2017, Rosneft representative Mikhail Leontyev explained to journalists why Sechin uses a car with light signals. According to Leontyev, the head of Rosneft is the secretary of the Commission on the Fuel and Energy Complex (FEC), and he has every right to do so.
Earlier it was reported that the German government had taken control of Rosneft Deutschland GmbH and RN Refining & Marketing, subsidiaries of Russian Rosneft. Thus, the Federal Network Agency gained control over the shares of three oil refineries: Schwedt, Miro (Karlsruhe) and Bayernoil (Faubourg).
As a reminder, UAH 2.1 billion of assets of Ukrainian companies owned by Russia's Gazprom, Rosneft, and Rosatom were seized in Ukraine. These are the corporate rights of 11 companies whose ultimate beneficiaries are state-owned Russian corporations.
