Occupants shelled Kherson and Beryslav, one of the attacks was near a church: there are wounded
On the afternoon of October 8, Russian troops fired again in the Kherson region. Beryslav and Kherson came under enemy fire, and in the regional center, the invaders hit a place near a church.
Four people were injured. Details were provided by the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
"The enemy shelled Kherson region again. Beryslav came under attack. Here, a 72-year-old man sustained moderate injuries. In Kherson, the hit was near a church. Three people were wounded. These are two women of 82 years old and a 74-year-old resident of Kherson. They have light injuries. They sought medical assistance on their own," said the Kherson Regional Military Administration.
Earlier it was reported that on the night of October 8, the occupiers massively shelled residential areas of Kherson.
Eleven people were injured, including a 9-month-old girl.
Multi-storey buildings and private homes were hit - some of them not for the first time. The shelling also damaged cars in parking lots and under houses, and in the morning Kherson residents saw shells sticking out of the ground on the city streets.
Early in the morning, at about 06:25, the Russian army attacked Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region with an Iskander cruise missile. Russian troops hit a residential building. Four residents were injured in the explosion: A 9-year-old girl, her 44-year-old mother, a 64-year-old woman and her 41-year-old son. The wounded were diagnosed with bruises, shrapnel injuries and concussions. At the time of the attack, the people were in their own private homes, near which a Russian missile hit. Paramedics on the spot provided first aid and took them to the hospital.
In addition, 10 multi-storey residential buildings, 19 private households, a car, a boiler house, a gas pipeline and a power line were damaged.
The day before, on October 7, in Zaporizhzhia, the occupiers shelled a peaceful village with cluster munitions: a woman was killed and two more people were injured.
