Occupants attacked Kharkiv in the morning: a transport infrastructure facility was hit, there are victims
On the morning of May 21, the troops of the aggressor country Russia launched a missile attack on a transport infrastructure facility in Kharkiv. Two people were injured in the attack.
This was reported by Mayor Igor Terekhov. Earlier, at about 06:50, he reported explosions in the city during an air raid alert.
A few minutes later, the Ukrainian Air Force reported a threat of ballistic missile attack from the east.
The head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov, clarified that the occupiers had launched a missile attack on the transport infrastructure of Kharkiv at 07:05. A 53-year-old civilian man was wounded as a result of the war criminals' actions.
"Inspection of the hit sites and elimination of the consequences are ongoing," he wrote.
Later, the official added that two people were injured as a result of the rocket attack on the transport company - they had an acute stress reaction.
As a reminder, during a drone attack on Tuesday night, an enemy Shahed hit "one of the favorite vacation spots" of Kharkiv residents. Dozens of cars and several private houses were damaged, and fires broke out there. Five people were injured.
As reported by OBOZ.UA, in the afternoon of May 19, the Russian army carried out air strikes on the Kyivsky and Shevchenkivsky districts of Kharkiv. A cemetery and a recreation center in the city center came under fire, and two women were injured.
