On Friday, September 29, a loud explosion was heard in the temporarily occupied Berdiansk, Zaporizhzhia region. After that, there were interruptions in electricity and water supply in a number of districts in the city.

The legitimate mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, reported the "cotton" from the Russian invaders, citing residents of Berdiansk. He shared the first details on his Telegram channel.

"The occupants of the 'deep rear' continue to violate safety regulations," the official joked.
