"We were simply killed". Football club from Odesa withdraws from the Ukrainian Cup

Real Farma, a five-time winner of the Odesa Winter Championship, winner of the Odesa Championship and winner of the Odesa Cup, has withdrawn from the Ukrainian Cup. The 6th place winner in the Second League last season said that the reason was logistical problems.
Real Farma was supposed to start from the second round of the tournament. According to the draw, the Odesa team was to travel to Trostianets (Sumy region) on 2 August for a match with the team of the same name.
"We were simply 'killed' by logistical problems, and for all our desire to take part in the Ukrainian Cup, we will not be able to do it physically - we simply cannot get there! The train is not an ideal option, but there are no return tickets for it either, and the carriers refused to go in this direction," the Odesa club's website says.
Due to Russia's full-scale invasion, the Ukrainian Cup was not held last year. This season, the competition starts with two preliminary rounds, in which amateur clubs, as well as representatives of the First and Second Leagues, play.
