FIFA has made an official decision on Russia
The Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) has returned the Russian U-17 men's and women's national teams to international tournaments. At the same time, the teams will play under the name "Russian Football Union" rather than "Russia."
The national team will not have a national flag or national anthem, and will be prohibited from using national colors in their uniforms. Young Russian football players must wear neutral uniforms.
At the same time, the FIFA Council reiterated its condemnation of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and confirmed that other provisions of the decision adopted on February 28, 2022, remain in force until the end of the war. In particular, all adult national teams of the Russian Federation remain banned.
