5-time Ukrainian and European champion refused to play for the country and changed her citizenship
European champion in rhythmic gymnastics Melania Tur will perform for the Israeli national team. According to the official website of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), the 18-year-old from Pavlohrad (Dnipro region) has changed her Ukrainian citizenship to Israeli.
The FIG Executive Committee has already made the appropriate changes to the athlete's biography. Our former compatriot will be able to compete under the Israeli flag from May 12, 2024.
