The occupiers did not give the parents the bodies of the murdered Berdiansk schoolchildren Ohannesyan and Khanganov
The Russian occupiers, who temporarily control Berdiansk in Zaporizhzhia region, have not yet returned the bodies of 17-year-old Tyhran Ohannesyan and Mykyta Khanganov to their parents. Today, on 29 June, they could have said goodbye to them, but the memory of the brave Ukrainian patriots could not be honoured.
This was reported by Suspilne journalists, citing the words of Tyhran's mother Oksana. The woman pointed out that the so-called authorities of Berdiansk did not give any explanations or reasons.
"The funeral was supposed to take place today, but the occupation administration of Berdiansk did not give the body to the family and did not explain the reasons," the report said.
As a reminder, Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets has already expressed his concern that the bodies of 17-year-old Ukrainian patriots have not yet been handed over to their families for burial. Local journalists in Berdiansk pointed out that Tyhran's relatives called the occupiers' version of the teenagers' deaths a "well-planned staging".
Earlier, OBOZREVATEL reported that the information that the teenagers allegedly shot a Berdiansk collaborator and a Russian military man may not be true, as it was presented exclusively by the occupation media. It is possible that the war criminals rampaging in the territories under their control simply killed the boys.
