Ukraine, like no other country, wants peace and wants a safe life. At the same time, Russia continues to attack Ukrainian territory.
This was announced by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on his Telegram channel. He noted that in order to stop the aggressor, "we need a greater joint force of the world."
"Ukraine is fighting for the normal and safe life it deserves, for a peace that is fair and reliable. We want this war to end. But Russia does not and continues its aerial terror: over the past week, more than 1,050 attack drones, nearly 1,300 bombs and more than 20 missiles were fired at Ukraine to destroy cities and kill people," the statement reads.
The guarantor emphasized that those who truly want to stop the war do not deliberately fire ballistic missiles. He called on the allies to strengthen our skies with additional air defense systems and provide strong security guarantees to stand up to the enemy.

"Strengthening our air defense, supporting the army and effective security guarantees that will make it impossible for Russian aggression to return – this is what we must focus on. Justice must prevail," Zelenskyy wrote.

He added that Ukraine believes in the power of unity, and a lasting peace will definitely be restored.
