Homemade cottage cheese pancakes often turn out to be soggy on the inside and burning on the outside, as well as sticking and falling apart. To ensure that the cottage cheese pancakes have the perfect structure and hold their shape, culinary experts advise adding coconut flakes and one egg yolk to the base, not a whole egg!

The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious, and most importantly, successful homemade cottage cheese pancakes that won't fall apart.

Ingredients:

  • 2 briquettes of cottage cheese 5%
  • 1 egg yolk
  • powdered sugar
  • salt
  • vanilla extract or vanillin
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 1 tbsp. flour for forming cheesecakes

Method of preparation:

1. Add the egg yolk, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla to the cottage cheese. Beat with an immersion blender. Add the flour and mix.

2. Form the cottage cheese pancakes and fry on each side for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave under the lid for 10 minutes.
