A cook shared a recipe for a very tasty and hearty dish prepared with eggs, tomatoes and pita bread on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • tomato
  • eggs
  • greens
  • tortilla or pita bread
  • cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Fry the tomatoes on both sides, pour the beaten eggs over, and sprinkle with herbs and cheese.

2. Put the tortilla on top, cook for a minute and turn it over.

Cut in half and serve!
