The Ukrainian national hockey team powerfully sang the anthem after a sensational victory over Poland in the third round of the second stage of qualification for the 2026 Olympics. In front of an upset local audience, the Ukrainians, along with a few compatriots in the stands, gave a magnificent performance at the ice arena in Sosnowiec, Poland.
As OBOZ.UA reported, this result allowed our hockey players to lead the standings. To win the group and reach the playoffs, it is enough to beat the outsider Estonia on February 11. The game starts at 17:30 Kyiv time.
