On the night of June 22, Russian occupants attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure facilities in the southern and western regions. Two power engineers were injured in one of them as a result of the shelling, and equipment was damaged.

The Ministry of Energy reported on the consequences of the shelling on Telegram. They noted that the wounded were taken to the hospital.

"Also, during the shelling, an overhead power line in the eastern region was disconnected, which led to a decrease in the load at the generating facility. The consequences are being clarified," the statement added.
