Ukraine nationalizes six enterprises of Russian corporation: what is known
Ukraine has filed a lawsuit to nationalize six enterprises of the Russian corporation Poliplastik Group, which supports the Russian military industry. This corporation ensures the functioning of the occupation administrations in Crimea and supplies materials for the production of weapons ordered by the Russian Ministry of Defense.

The case involves six Ukrainian companies, including two pipe plants. According to representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the purpose of the lawsuit is to recover assets in favor of the state.

The pre-trial investigation into the financing of actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order is being conducted by investigators of the SSU Main Investigation Department.

Before and during the full-scale invasion, the company systematically cooperates with the top political leadership of the Russian Federation and participates in the logistics of the Russian armed aggression.
