Ukraine has filed a lawsuit to nationalize six enterprises of the Russian corporation Poliplastik Group, which supports the Russian military industry. This corporation ensures the functioning of the occupation administrations in Crimea and supplies materials for the production of weapons ordered by the Russian Ministry of Defense.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General. This step is part of broader sanctions against the Polyplastik Group corporation, which works closely with the Russian military-industrial complex .
The case involves six Ukrainian companies, including two pipe plants. According to representatives of the Prosecutor General's Office, the purpose of the lawsuit is to recover assets in favor of the state.

These materials have a wide range of applications, including the military industry.
The owners of the corporation support Russia's aggressive policy by providing logistical support to the occupation administrations in Crimea and participating in the development of composite materials for weapons supplied by the Russian Ministry of Defense. The pre-trial investigation into the financing of actions aimed at the violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order is being conducted by investigators of the SSU Main Investigation Department.
As OBOZ.UA previously reported, the Ukrainian High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) ruled to confiscate two passenger aircraft of the Russian airline Ilyushin Finance Co. to the state. Before and during the full-scale invasion, the company systematically cooperates with the top political leadership of the Russian Federation and participates in the logistics of the Russian armed aggression.
