Toyota teases its new crossover smaller and cheaper than the RAV4. Photo
Toyota has recently shown its upcoming crossover in a photo. The premiere of the mysterious model has not yet taken place, but it is known that the car will be slightly smaller than the RAV4. Most likely, the model will even be cheaper.
The debut date of the Toyota crossover has been announced too. According to Carscoops, the premiere will take place on March 11. The teaser partially shows a car that inherits the design features of the Toyota bZ Compact SUV concept.
This is the next model in the bZ lineup. Thus, the new Toyota bZ2X crossover (possible name) is an electric vehicle. In the hierarchy, the new vehicle will be below the mid-size electric crossover bZ4X.
Looking at the design of the bZ Compact SUV prototype, which will be reproduced almost unchanged, the main highlights are the headlights connected by an LED strip and horizontally elongated taillights.
The electric crossover with a coupe-like silhouette is expected to receive a powerplant with a capacity of about 200 hp. The range may exceed 400 km.
