Most people believe that some things and actions on this day can bring bad luck to the family.

On New Year's Eve, you can't be bored and sad. Be sure to celebrate the New Year with a good mood and positive thinking. If you don't have company, don't be upset, you can spend the holiday in harmony with yourself.

Avoid quarrels and conflicts, forgive all offenses to start the new year without negative emotions. You shouldn't cry on New Year's Eve either, as it will attract illness, so tune in to the festive atmosphere.

Be sure to clean the house by December 31 to make the year go well. Do not do household chores or take out the trash after sunset on this day. This will bring bad luck to your family.

Try to pay off all your debts and sort out your financial issues before the holiday. If you don't, you will have problems with money all next year.

If you want your wish to come true, do not say it out loud. Mentally make a wish for what you dream about.

Also, you should not let guests into the hosts' bedroom on December 31 and January 1, as it can lead to adultery.
