The Toyota bZ4X electric crossover is moderately popular with buyers who don't need a RAV4. A model of a similar size is an electric alternative. In addition, the car has become significantly cheaper.
According to Carscoops, the price of the 2025 Toyota bZ4X starts at $37,000. This is still more expensive than some competitors, but the $6,000 price cut shows that the Japanese company understands the market.
Earlier it was reported that Toyota is preparing several new electric vehicles, which it plans to make quite cheap and attract many buyers. At the same time, the manufacturer will offer an increased range in the new models.
The first such electric cars are expected to appear by 2026. New batteries will be developed for them - technologically advanced and cheap to produce. Different units will provide a range of 800 and 1000 km.
Until recently, Toyota was skeptical about battery electric cars. Now the company has decided to flood the market with cheap electric vehicles. The goal is to increase annual sales to millions of units worldwide.
