UTAC Special Vehicles has carried out an unusual modernization of the restyled Skoda Kodiaq 1st generation crossover. The details are reported by Carscoops.
The car received armor, reinforced windows, grenade blast protection and special tires. The price of the Skoda Kodiaq from UTAC Special Vehicles exceeds $150,000.
Meanwhile, the new Skoda Kodiaq 2nd generation has gone on sale. The model has undergone a major transformation, becoming larger and more brutal in appearance. This is facilitated by the new design of Skoda Kodiaq, which distances the car from its predecessor.
The car received different powertrains: gasoline engines of 1.5 liters (148 hp), 2.0 liters (201 hp) and diesel 2.0 liters (148 and 190 hp). Also for the first time in the lineup appeared hybrid Skoda Kodiaq with a power plant at 201 hp. Such a crossover can travel up to 100 km solely on electric power.
