The new Volkswagen Golf, known all over the world, has already been fully declassified officially after being modernized for 2024. Now this model is shown as a budget car in the cheapest version. The car is already on sale.

The long-awaited 8th generation Volkswagen Golf model after modernization in the basic configuration was shown on the website of the German manufacturer. The price of the cheapest VW Golf 2024 is about 28,000 euros.

In the basic version, the car has small wheels, simple headlights, and a minimum amount of chrome decor on the body.

In 2024, the VW Golf turns 50 years old. The new Volkswagen Golf 8.5 will be a good opportunity to celebrate this resounding anniversary. The car has changed slightly after the restyling. However, the new Golf has become more modern and received a front bumper in the style of the 9th generation VW Passat.

• 1.5-liter gasoline (115 hp);
• 1.5-liter gasoline (150 hp);
• 2-liter gasoline (204 hp);
• 2-liter gasoline (265 hp);
• 2-liter diesel (116 hp);
• 2-liter diesel (150 hp);

• hybrid (272 hp).

A fully electric version will appear in the next ninth generation of the model by 2028. But in parallel, the production of the car with an internal combustion engine will continue.
