The new low-cost Toyota Land Cruiser of 2024: what the compact SUV will be like

After the premiere of the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 SUV, which replaced the Prado, the Japanese company is interested in the appearance of another car. The compact SUV will be the cheapest Land Cruiser model.

There is not much information about the car at the moment. Design details are being kept under wraps, but Carscoops has prepared its own version based on leaks and teasers. The small Toyota Land Cruiser is expected to hit the market in 2024.

The car will be the successor to the Toyota FJ Cruiser. It is his name that the company may use again. Previously, it was assumed that the inexpensive SUV would be called Land Hopper (this name was recently patented). But in the end, this name went to an electric scooter. Another possible option is Toyota FC Cruiser.

Insiders report that the new vehicle will be equipped with both classical internal combustion engines and hybrid modifications. In addition, the appearance of a fully electric version is not ruled out.

It is obvious that Toyota wants to turn the Land Cruiser line into an image sub-brand, as Land Rover did with the Range Rover models - it all started with one car, now there are four in the line.
