The Jeep Avenger 4xe all-wheel drive hybrid crossover was previously officially unveiled as a novelty based on the brand's cheapest model. The car will soon receive another modification, which has already been announced.

The details have become known to Motor1. The new Jeep Avenger 4x The North Face Edition is being prepared for the premiere. It will be produced in the amount of 4806 units in honor of the meter-high Mount Mont Blanc. The car was developed in collaboration with the clothing manufacturer The North Face.

No technical details were provided, but a special version of the model will be based on a hybrid crossover that was introduced not so long ago.

The compact crossover received a hybrid powertrain with a 136-horsepower 1.2-liter internal combustion engine and two electric motors of 28 horsepower each. One of them sends energy to the rear wheels and provides the car with all-wheel drive.

There are other changes as well. The new Jeep Avenger 4xe is better prepared for off-road use. The ground clearance has been increased to 21 cm. The driving modes available are "Snow," "Sand and Mud," and "Sport and Auto."
