A cook shared a recipe for a delicious, healthy and easy-to-prepare beet salad on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • boiled beets - 2 pcs
  • fresh cucumbers - 1 pc
  • purple onions - 1 pc
  • green onions
  • oil
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the boiled beets, cucumber, onion, and green onion into slices.

2. Season with vegetable oil and salt to taste, mix and enjoy right away!
