Suzuki's latest low-cost SUV made cooler before sales close

The budget SUV Suzuki Jimny is preparing for a generation change. Before the close of sales in the European market, the inexpensive model was made cooler in a farewell version. These are the last cars that customers will receive.

The new Suzuki Jimny Mata was announced on the company's website. The special version features new bumpers, a special body color, and accessories. The Suzuki Jimny model will soon cease to meet the new environmental requirements, so it will temporarily leave the EU market.

The Suzuki Jimny Mata 2024 modification is based on the two-seater "cargo" version of the SUV. Only this version is currently on sale in Europe, as the full-fledged passenger version has long been withdrawn from sale due to the same economic constraints.

The new Suzuki Jimny will return to the market in a few years as a different car. The inexpensive SUV will receive an electric modification. The car is expected to enter the market by 2030.

Another option is the Jimny hybrid. Such an SUV can help in the transition period to full electrification until the Suzuki Jimny EV goes on sale. In any case, the low price should remain the focus of the developers.
