The new Subaru Forester 2024 has already been officially unveiled and put on sale. The model belongs to the segment of low-cost crossovers and competes with the Toyota RAV4. Now experts have praised this practical car for one of the most important criterion.
As OBOZ.UA reminds, Euro NCAP used new cars in a series of rigorous crash tests. The 6th generation Subaru Forester crossover received a 5-star rating.
Protection of adult passengers was rated at 83%, children - 89%. The safety of pedestrians and cyclists was rated at 86%, and the work of electronic assistants - 72%.
The Subaru Forester hybrid crossover will appear in 2025.

Earlier, the 6th generation Subaru Forester hybrid was spotted in the US during road tests. The crossover will appear in mid-2025. Its design is based on a 2.5-liter internal combustion engine and an electric motor with a Toyota battery. This will be Subaru's first hybrid since 2023.
By itself, the Subaru Forester crossover with a 2.5-liter engine offers 180 hp. Obviously, the output will increase as part of a hybrid system.
The manufacturer previously announced that European customers have begun receiving their new Subaru Forester after the US premiere. The price of the Subaru Forester 6 starts at $31,000.
