The inexpensive Subaru Legacy sedan is one of the most famous Toyota Camry rivals. Although the car did not survive the competition, a new concept design of its new generation recently appeared online.

It is known that the Japanese company has decided to stop production of the Subaru Legacy. Still, TALK WHEELS hopes for a second chance, according to which the new 8th generation Legacy could debut by 2026.

The main reason for ceasing production in 2025 is low sales. In the United States, Legacy's key market, sales are estimated at 25,000 vehicles per year. This is not enough for the manufacturer. After all, this sedan used to be much more popular. Today a number of such cars are losing customers.

Earlier, the company showed the updated Subaru Legacy. The Limited trim was equipped with a power moonroof, heated steering wheel and an 11.6-inch infotainment screen with GPS navigation, a premium Harman Kardon audio system and DriverFocus driver monitoring system.

As always, the model came with an all-wheel drive transmission even in the basic version. Subaru Legacy costs $24,895.
